How to Get Off The Phone
This week our theme is telephone skills. We practised role playing with our classmates. The topics of conversation are "Can I take a message?" and "Would you like to leave a message?".
This afternoon I learned how to try to get off the phone. If you do not want to continue the conversation with someone, you can say, "I have an apponitment right now; I got to go" or "I'm so sorry to cut this short. I really have to get going." And you also can say, "I have a call on the other line." There is a very funny but very useful excuse,"nature calls!" Haha, I think nobody can keep talking to you when they hear that.
These skills are very useful for me.

LINC Class in MicroSkills
One month ago, I came to attend the LINC class of level 4. All the staff are very nice and patient. If you have any problems, they will try their best to help you. My teacher is very good because he always prepares his lessons carefully and speaks slowly and clearly. So I can follow him easily. I think I have already made some progress here. I will continue my study here to learn more.
